Specialist Breast Surgeon

A graduate of the University of Melbourne, Mr. Loh obtained his FRACS in Melbourne before furthering’ his specialty training at the University of Cambridge. He was at the forefront of breast cancer treatment & research at this prestigious University.

Since his return to Melbourne, Mr. Loh has teamed up with the Melbourne Breast Unit to continue his provision of excellent care for patients with breast related issues. He is a foundation member of Breast Surgeons ANZ, and holds an appointment with Breast Screen Victoria.

Mr. Loh is also a lecturer at the University of Melbourne, and a consultant surgeon at the Austin Hospital and Epworth Freemasons.

Research Projects

Su-Wen is actively involved in leadership, research, and supervision at both the Melb Uni Dept of Surgery (Austin Health), and at the ONJ Cancer and Wellness Centre. Current projects involve looking at neo-adjuvant management of the axilla, provision of accurate tailored therapies, and supervision of surgical trainees.
